Utah County Utah has 50 places on the National Register of Historic Places including 4 places of National significance and 11 places of Statewide significance. Significant places include Beck No. 2 Mine, Big Hill Shaft Headframe, Camp Floyd Site, Charcoal Kilns and Adams, John Alma, House.

Many famous people are associated with these Utah County historic places including Cyrus E. Dallin, Thomas R. Cutler, Harvey H. Cluff, Samuel R. Thurman, Benjamin Kimball Bullock and John E. Booth.
