Significant places include Numa Ridge Fire Lookout, Nyack Ranger Station Historic District, Pass Creek Snowshoe Cabin, Polebridge Ranger Station Historic District and Polebridge Ranger Station Historic District (Boundary Decrease).

The famous person Charles Schoenberger is associated with one of more of the Flathead County historic places.

Some of the country's most noteable architects helped create the Flathead County places including Austin Weikert, William Raferty, C. S. Haire, Charles Schoenberger, Anton Schoenberger, Frank W.
