Flathead County Montana (Historic Districts) has 32 places on the National Register of Historic Places including 3 places of National significance and 15 places of Statewide significance. Significant places include Going-to-the-Sun Road, Great Northern Railway Buildings, Lake McDonald Lodge, Belly River Ranger Station Historic District and East Glacier Ranger Station Historic District.

Several famous people are associated with these Flathead County historic places including Brinkman, Fred, et al., Charles W. Pomeroy and William Adair.
