Caledonia County Vermont (Historic Districts) has 19 places on the National Register of Historic Places including 1 place of National significance and 14 places of Statewide significance. Significant places include St. Johnsbury Main Street Historic District, Barnet Center Historic DIstrict, Downtown Hardwick Village Historic District, Gilkerson, William and Agnes, Farm and Hardwick Street Historic District.

Several famous people are associated with these Caledonia County historic places including William Chamberlain and John Mattocks.
