Columbia County New York (Historic Districts) has 24 places on the National Register of Historic Places including 5 places of National significance and 5 places of Statewide significance. Significant places include Front Street-Parade Hill-Lower Warren Street Historic District, Front Street-Parade Hill-Lower Warren Street Historic District (Boundary Decrease), Hudson River Heritage Historic District, Mount Lebanon Shaker Society and Sixteen Mile District.

Several famous people are associated with these Columbia County historic places including Judge Robert R. Livingston, Robert Livingston and Parla Foster.
