New Jersey - Hudson County
Hudson County New Jersey has 50 places on the National Register of Historic Places including 7 places of National significance and 7 places of Statewide significance. Significant places include Clark Thread Company Historic District, Erie-Lackawanna Railroad Terminal at Hoboken, Grace Church Van Vorst, Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company Warehouse and Holland Tunnel.

The famous person William Gibbs McAdoo is associated with one of more of the Hudson County historic places.

Some of the country's most noteable architects helped create the Hudson County places including Kenneth Murchison, William H. Peddle, Peabody & Stearns, Detlef Lineau, Hugh Hazelton, Clifford Holland, Turner Construction Co., Henry Vaughan, Frederick C. Withers and Edward Tuckerman Potter.
