Connecticut - New Haven County
New Haven County Connecticut has 50 places on the National Register of Historic Places including 5 places of National significance and 23 places of Statewide significance. Significant places include Allis-Bushnell House, Chittenden, Russell Henry, House, Christ Church New Haven, Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station and Connecticut Hall, Yale University.

Several famous people are associated with these New Haven County historic places including Cornelius S. Bushnell, Russell Henry Chittenden, William James Linton and Caroline Phelps Stokes.
